in this case the guy charging for ethan stomping him would also be under scrutiny for the punch, at least afaik as a bumpkin i cant imagine you can punch a motherfucker and then they can punch you when your neutralized committing a crime and then just cancel out your crime. or even if its not a crime seems like its enough to make it a hassle for the guy, probably not worth the risk. also in general ethans crimes are things the system doesnt really care about if youre a broke loser and arent challenging the status quo. hes mainly messing with people who will be ignored like jack the ripper targeting prostitutes or theyre also criminals and also have an interest in not involving the police.

I don't know about it much either, but I'd guess that you'd be under a bit more scrutiny on a suspended sentence than the average person, or it's kind of just pointless. I don't think it's impossible like some people say here. I'd hope people that skated jail by the skin of their teeth would be under a bit more scrutiny than usual at the very least, no matter what kind of white trash situation it was that led them there.

I don't know enough about Jesse to know whether he's the sort to drop the dime on Ralph himself, or if, more likely, at least a half-dozen autists flail around sending it to the wrong people, just coming across as autistic, etc.

yeah its not impossible but i dont think its good to really hold your breath for it beyond making a shitpost to enrage piggy that you forget about, i wouldnt make it this scheduled anticipated thing like christmas is all im saying. i thought that was clear but im starting to think some people really are waiting for ethan to go back for every unwise bong across state line mention, its not likely in that instance its just funny his most likely illegal bong broke and he (presumably though i heard him messing with it) left it behind, i think its dumb that he relies on luck not that im actually scheduling his sentencing like fantasy felon season

Both can press charges against each other honestly. While the first party did commit the assault first, Ethan had no reason to kick him while he was down.

The more Ralph avoids jail the better because in Mr Courtroom Orperator’s mind he’s playing the justice system and getting away with his shitty behavior. He has no reason to change it if there’s no consequences. Most people would at least try to avoid situations that would put them at risk of getting sent back, but piggy has no impulse control and anger management disease lol so as long as he doesn’t hurt someone he can continue to humiliate himself for us.
We need that video of him stomping the guy being restrained just for the shameful optics cause he won’t press charges unless piggeh does first.

I don't wait for it on every single little thing, but there's a ton of things swirling around right now that have legal lines that are hazy, but all the people involved are shitty too so they won't actually push anything.

I wouldn't have cared about another jail arc if it weren't for the recent texts though. Seeing how May is essentially trying to secure other women for him, with a child on the way, talking about how Christ is kang left and right was just the final straw. It went from "funny white trash man" to very real with those texts for me, because they're currently raising another human that's going to one day be in the world, and the less influence either of them get to have on her life, the better.

I don't truly think anything will happen, but I'll be glad when it finally does. No one publicly does this much and dodges it forever. Look at Baked, even if it was a slap on the wrist for him. Ethan Ralph is a public nuisance with a criminal record, it's going to catch up to him.
