Sure does sound like someone tried to get their transition approved by the N.H.S. but the psychiatrist rightfully told them to go f#ck themselves.
As to the relationship non-binary people have with "trans-ness", it seems to me that some do consider that you can be both (Which arguably makes a tiny bit of sense), and for reasons I personally cannot fathom, do try to get "trans' treatment", up to and including gender reassignment surgery.
They also complain of not being taken all that seriously by psychiatrists and other specialists who don't seem to understand how non-binary could mean wanting to go through the trouble of "switching to the other side".

People had standards for TB, who was otherwise someone they trusted when it came to commentary on this industry. Most people don't follow Jim beyond the Monday show. That's probably why his stationary transitioning and increasingly toxic behavior is killing his channel - no ignoring him anymore and watching the Jimquisition; gotta do both or neither.

The NHS is a complete shambles for a variety of reasons but I have nothing but sympathy for the staff who have to deal with arrogant, self-diagnosing pricks like Jim.

Jim left the US with progressive darling Harris Biden in power, and moved to "conservative" "TERF island" only to complain about it. Odd that. You know Jim, you can always fuck off back to the US.
TB was pro-GG and only turned woke when he was already at deaths door. Jim was anti-GG. When it's Jim's turn to be cancelled, there's likely more skeletons in his closet than having spoken to TB.
