I think the interest compounds, so the per day figure should always be slightly greater than the last one
The interest is 10% annual on the principal. I don't believe it compounds unfortunately. (I also think I read somewhere the principal amount can be reset every 5 years, but I could be mistaken.)

If she knows the stupid shit Rick's getting into and does nothing, she deserves whatever happens. Hope she likes it if Quasi decides to go for a writ of execution and collect against personal property. The sheriff shows up, bags and tags everything, and sells it at auction if you don't get your shit together.

Hope they take that nice Triumph and that 4-cylinder Mustang.
Pretty low chance of an actual sheriff going out and taking random stuff at his house, at least in my (admittedly limited) experience in collections related work. Figuring out what is valuable, inventory/storage, and auctioning them off is a lot of work for government fags. Unless they know for certain he has something of known value (like art or rare stamps), they would almost never and go collect his random personal possessions.

They would 100% slap liens on his house and cars (although in the system I worked in they don't find it worthwhile to do that with cars over 10 years old lol). Plus garnishing his paycheck if he has one and taking money directly from his bank accounts (including joint) if he doesn't pay. Liens are generally preferred over just "taking" assets. It puts all the work on the debtor.

Of course I could be completely talking out of my ass and Quasi's fancy lawyers are working on seizing Pat's undoubtedly massive collection of funko pops as we speak.

If you have a writ of execution you can levy against personal property. It's simply a matter of going through the right procedure. Most debt collectors don't do this because it isn't economically efficient, but the remedy is available, as laid out in Chapter 815.

There are also even more atrocious things you can do to a debtor who isn't completely judgment-proof (and so long as Viki is not Pat is not).

Obviously, remedies like garnishing his or his wife's bank account(s) or joint accounts are probably going to be the first line if he decides to collect.

If I had some judgment debt like this against a POS like Fatty, I'd just offer half of it to a collections lawyer and he could blow my half entirely, leaving me without a dime, so long as he gouged a pound of flesh out of the bastard using the dirtiest means allowed by law.

If would be quite jokes if quasi were to sell the debt to Andrew who would then have a legal reason to keep contacting Rick that usually has some exemptions as far as the definition of harassment goes

I'd offer him 25% off if he could deliver me the entire list of demands from the movie Airheads.

It's the royal we, child.
He's trying to hide behind his wife's skirt without saying "I'm hiding behind my wife's skirt, child." Nobody takes a giant lardass whining about being called fat seriously (off reddit or Twitter anyway). But since he's autistic and unable to communicate, he just sounds insanely egotistical like he thinks he's a king or something.

I fucking lost it at the part where he was trying to explain that the police showed up to investigate whether or not he was in fact grinding up kidnapped black children into pepperoni:story:
I assume by the fact Pat's yet to be lynched Milwaukee didn't send their finest that day?

The judge probably entirely disregarded that. Again, none of this stuff had any foundation for admission. And when it did, it would be hearsay. "Three random unnamed guys totally told me he said thus-and-so!" That's not just hearsay, it's hearsay-within-hearsay.

Even the niggers (black and white) who appear on TV shows like The People’s Court come more prepared than this low IQ faggot came to actual court. They bring witnesses, documentation, photos, etc. Patty the arrogant prick thought all he’d have to do was show up and he’d get his way. It reveals so much about the disastrous upbringing his clueless parents gave him.
Usually. Sometimes there's the ones who show up with nothing and the judge asks them, like the judge here did, what they thought the hearing/court date was for. And there's a lot of ones where the judge, like the judge here, has to reprimand one party for talking to or interrupting the other.

Basically this transcript is like reading the transcript of a good episode of Judge Judy, where you don't even need Judy ripping into people. Patrick is the entertainingly clueless yet arrogant plaintiff that makes these shows.
Judge: so you're saying there's a site I could just google?
Patrick: fails to name onaforums, kiwifarms or produce any of Andrew's forum posts
He doesn't want the judge to read what's actually being written about him and then come to the conclusion that they aren't lies.

Annabelle is now old enough to understand that the sperm donor who abandoned her has a taste for pepperoni à la nigger. I can’t wait till she’s an OnA pest who dresses like this for school picture day.

Fatrick was there by himself, right? Why does he always refer to himself as “we?”
What others said, plus he thinks it makes him seem important. It makes him feel important. Part of his “me and my family are in danger” thing.

Funkos don’t count as family, child.

I might enjoy a humorous audio recreation of this thing. Like the one an actor did for that exchange in Georgia.

And the guy is not just a lawyer but also asian so his calculation is obviously right

Pat's complaining that people are ordering pizzas to his house, but that's nothing compared to the Chinese takeaway that will be coming his way soon. Chinese takeaway his car, Chinese takeaway his motorbike, Chinese takeaway his TV...

Her mother has made at least one good decision in her life (leaving Pat for his hotter and balder best friend). So, I would like to think that she follows the modern advice of having open conversation with your child about their adoption/biological parentage.

I would like to think that a few years from now, she will get curious and look him up. One day she will surely find his twitter, see the shitty books he wrote, maybe she will even go a little down the rabbit hole. It would be true peace to know that she dodged such a fat bullit.

To put it in words that Patrick can understand: Pat may be her father, but he will never be her daddy.

Someone had suggested a Fatrick debt clock combining both the Cloudflare and Google quashes, I did my best with a WolframAlpha formula based on my limited understanding of California judgement debt. It uses "days since" so it's self-updating. Today it reads:
View attachment 3154781
Accruing daily $6.50 and $3.02 according to my calculation, for a combined $9.52 per day

BUT I must have something wrong or missing some amount because the document dated Feb 25 by Quasi's collection attorney lists $1202.50 in interest and by my calculation it would've been ~$962

If anybody knows the actual formula please chime in or tweak the WolframAlpha query and share. It's in plain language so it should be easy even if you've never used WA before.
I'm not sure on the dates on this, but according to what I read about the California court interest, it's not compounding (and even if it was compounding interest, 2021-09-30 => 2022-02-25 would result in $982.63 of daily compounding interest at 10% yearly).

Assuming that it is just standard non-compounding yearly 10% interest, from my math working backwards, it seems the interest calculation they've done is based on starting on roughly August 24-25th, 2021. I don't know much about the legal history, is that possibly the date the fees were incurred or something like that?
