Then again, who believes Chuck randomly gave up a role (even if only a secondary role) willingly, without any pressure. Because it's not like people who have views contrary to Funimations suffer retaliation, nope.

For those who are curious, Alex is the character Chuck played in the Legend of the Galactic Heroes reboot series.

Also, I’m pretty sure Chuck’s been blacklisted like Eric Rolon and Alison Viktorin has by now.

My theory as to why it’s taking so long to dub the new Yu Yu Hakusho OVAs is because Chuck was probably replaced and releasing that would confirm to everyone who thought that’s what happened and it would be further confirmation as to what people like Chuck have said about Funimation.

Not like this means shit; Albert Wesker was finished in RE5 and unless Capcom pulls something really deep out of their ass (only things that come to mind are RE-Engine remakes of RE1 and CVX), Wesker's appearances in the series have been essentially over for years.

I think a lot of this is down to the rumours that there's a Resident Evil 4 remake in development, which Douglas was accused of leaking (otherwise breaking the NDA) a while back.

So has every other geek culture community/fandoms. Most people would be more happier mentally if they enjoyed these hobbies only in private.

If you ever want to know how stupid the average person heavily into/obsessed with entertainment/geek culture someone is just get them to or see if they talk about anything else like say current events, politics or history and marvel (pun intended) at how ignorant and NPC-like they are.
