Legally and biologically speaking, russians only count as 3/5ths of an actual human so the KD ratio becomes more grounded when this is taken into account

Ok, that makes more sense, although if you're not sure whether they are Tochka or Iskanders by the footage why be so certain the missile that blew up the people in whatever unpronounceable city was not the Russians or indeed was the Ukrainians? Seems pretty stupid to me.

Because the Ukrainian authorities accused the Russian troops of using Iskanders, I explained how the missle was different and that it couldn't be Tochka, and when it turned out that this was indeed a missile not from Iskander, but from Tochka, they soon accused Russia of using them.

It's hard to believe accusations that change on the fly.
