First and foremost, Moruru let her contract run out like Kaoru of Holostars did. She did not leave with any fanfare and she was not terminated. Moruru was one of the slowest-growing members of the wave and she was around during a time that Nijisanji's management were...not good.

It is also worthy of note that Luna has reincarnated about 5 times (most of them on NND) citing lack of growth either for herself or the group she was associated with for pretty much all of them. This issue hasn't changed in Hololive, but the company is so massive that I'm sure she's more at peace with it.

ANYWAY, to put things firmly, I have seen no evidence that Sasaki Saku is the culprit of bullying anyone. In fact, Sasaki is famous for being a victim of management's poor ability to manage (at the time) and secure permissions, which prompted her to graduate herself. It's also worthy of note that Honma Himawari cried on stream and begged for Moruru to stay, yet she remains good friends with Sasaki even now; which I don't think she would if she knew she was responsible for pushing another friend out of the company.

There was a tweet on Luna's personal account, now deleted and likely not archived, that seemed to hint at poor treatment at her previous job around the time of the Meiro/Roa incident, but this could be a dig at anything, particularly the managers.

If Luna's main Fancord is peddling that, then it's very sad and unfortunate. Maybe they have access to info I've never seen before. Maybe they're run by /vt/ uoooooh mods that keep the rrat alive. Who knows.

I ran across a dead link to that tweet when I was personally looking around and checked for an archive of it.

The tweet reads 'I wonder what goes through the head of a liar. I had one at my old workplace and you'd be surprised what things they said. I keep my distance'. Or something to that general effect.

Could very well be about Sasaki but it's just as likely that it's about Kuzuha or any unnamed staff member. We just don't know, and sadly Moruru's retirement precedes this thread so anything incriminating in streams are buried or lost to time.

It's just very sad that Sasaki is getting dragged through the mud in a Holo fanserver (if true) for no discernable reason.

Wouldn't be surprised if this is referring to some manager or other faceless boomer fucking her over by not knowing what they were doing.

Probably speaking out my ass about this, but Niji started in early 2018, a few months before Holo; at the time, self-contained 3D Vtubers with pre-recorded videos were the norm thanks to the Four Heavenly Kings' reign (Cyber-girl Siro, Nojaloli, Mirai Akari and Kaguya Luna, + Kizuna Ai as Oyabun ruling over everything), so Live2D streamer agencies would've been practically unheard of. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the early fuckups were a result of management just feeling things out in the dark, but it's not much of an excuse for them being considered a borderline black company early on.

Yeah that was basically my take on the tweet as well, But yeah thanks apprecaited, the person in question that brought this up to me just isn't really the info gathering type and just mentioned it once or twice off hand in conversations with me so I figured after not finding much looking myself that I'd ask here to see if there was any substance to this at all.

Gotta say Sasaki is a true G. graduating and then coming back - she should be championed for that alone. Lunas voice and personality, assumed from her face streams, fit Luna as a character much better anyways as well.

Since we are going down memory lane - did Honma Himawari have a tough childhood or something? The comments on the deaf video seem to imply it. She is a straight ray of sunshine and personally would love to see her and Subaru collab.

Luna was too weak for the neverending battle royale that is nijisanji. The weak should fear the strong, and Luna was clearly made of weaker material than panda bully is. There was never credible evidence of the Sasaki bully narrative being real... and being a bully is part of the character.

I'm not sure, sadly. Watching JP Zatsudan is difficult because I have to think, and if I have to think it means I can't do work at the same time.

All I know is that she almost graduated after catching COVID and losing like 13kg or some shit. Thankfully that didn't happen. She also doesn't appear to be very well-educated but that isn't an inherent sign of poor upbringing.


Speaking of Sasaki, here she is bullying Aqua.


It's also funny how varied their dialects are in this clip. Sasaki is from Osaka, Shiishii from Kyoto, Okayu from Aomori and Aqua from the Tokyo area.

I heard the Darksouls 3 stream was good. Haven't really caught much of it. Lia to me is one of those streamers that I can watch but more often than not she streams when other streamers I enjoy more are streaming.
