  • Reoccurring UTIs
  • Catheter back in at 5 months because she stopped being able to urinate.
  • Permanent bladder damage

They can hate us if they want, but we aren't trying to censor them or get them shut down, so this is a huge double-standard on their part.

I really can’t fathom how uncomfortable this must be when ftms are clothed. Cloth on clit is just the worst, but imagine not being able to tuck it away between flesh pillows. Like, scratchy clothing just rubbing against all the nerve endings all day long. I would kill myself. That sounds like pure fucking hell.

Most FtMs will start wearing clothing that accommodates bottom growth once it becomes a problem. Loose fitting boxers, men's jeans, stuff with room in the crotch. They're also prone to adopting different seating positions as well- i.e manspreading. There are reports of some degree of pain and sensitivity during the growth period, but eventually it seems to lessen once the clitoris stops growing.

I don't understand why female skin seems to be represented as being very thick on this. It usually is very thin on the breasts.

But yeah, males lack lodules.

As for Ftm, maybe the clenis starts to keratinize after a while.

Lemme add to that.

The cross sex hormones actually dry the clam up. Dry clam = Not good. So...dry, uncomfortable, very thin skin--accumulates bacterium. You now smell at least as offensive as your TIM Troons. And that constant rubbing is only going to add to the bacteria accumulation and festering, which means MORE bacteria!! That picture posted looks like it's missing a requisite thick cloud of gnats hovering around the Sarlaac pit.

A change in odor is also common. Though I've never seen it described as particularly foul, just different. I'm guessing it would be similar to that of a menopausal woman given the hormonal changes produce similar effects, coupled with a change in body hair growth and sweat. Unlike surgical gashes, proper hygiene and taking certain supplements to help balance pH + proper diet could mitigate the smell. A lot of FtMs also whine and moan about how it's harder to take care of themselves once they start T - it causes you to sweat more, you've got more body hair, your sweat is entirely different to those who aren't on HRT, ect - It's almost as if taking hormones and changing fundamental aspects of your body changes how it needs to be cared for. Shocker.

The lack of estrogen apparently affects the pH and makes the vagina and urethra way more susceptible to "bad" bacterial growth as well, which is why they're constantly getting infections even with good hygiene.

You can treat it with estrogen cream but apparently it can be difficult to apply properly. Plus my guess is that a lot of autistic teenage girls who can't think about their own vaginas without having a meltdown probably don't keep up with the treatment very well.

I take it this also means that TIFs are more susceptible to stuff like BV, which ironically fits the stereotype of vaginas smelling like rotten fish.

Then you have the TIMs that are all excited when their festering rot pockets smell like Eau de Low Tide because of the pathogen parties going on inside of them because they think it is "just like a cis womxn!"

Diseased penises smell like rotting fish too but men love to ignore their own filthiness & instead point their fingers at women.

And troons...well they love to compare their post srs problems with women's issues. Kevin "Amhole" Gibes for example was too lazy too dilate which resulted in his Amhole growing shut. On Twitter he then claimed he had vaginismus.

For regular plastic surgery, the only two SRS surgeons I can think of are Rumer and Gallagher and neither of them posts results from non-SRS treatments on her webpage.

That being said, we are talking about the only two SRS surgeons bad enough to earn their own threads - they somehow managed to stand out even when compared to other quack butchers so it's hard to believe they are competent, much less good, at more typical procedures.
