Picture a guy laying on the beach, enjoying warm sun on his skin, the sound of the waves breaking on the sand, perhaps he's daydreaming, perhaps he's just cloud watching. He's just enjoying himself.

In 2018 on a Vee live stream with Metokur and Null. The stream was about Sargon and Metokur fight.
Towards the end of the stream after Metokur leaves. Vee's argument that Metokur has friends and would not go after them. But Null disagreed and stated if someone like Ralph went crazy Metokur would roast him
So, Metokur was never Guntguarding

and Null knows Metokur very well and predicted the future

Jim's was more of a passive guntguarding rather than an active one. It took him a good long while to get going. KAP Mecha-kur did all the work early on before Jim finally emerged from quarantine. Only just recently did he rub the sand from his eyes during the Portugese Pimp Slap arc. It's forgiveable if for no other reason that the scales of internet justice were finally righted after a period of relatively low consequences for the Ralphalpha. No one could plunge the spear into the wretched heart of the guntbeast like Jimbo and it was glorious when he did. Ethan could laugh off the pimp slap in public, but he couldn't even handle the slightest Jarbo repartee after Jimbo had pronounced him rage pig. A Dax reversal could only serve as an emotional postscript for Ethanol.

There was no real advantage to going at him, probably he was also on chemo and shit and whether or not that, he HATES people telling him what to do. I think nool does too.
