Someone should message him hinting at it (nothing specific don’t want him to run off and do it) and then immediately send it to whatever his law enforcement is.

Not necessarily “delusions” low dose anti psychotics can be used to augment treatment for a lot of mood disorders. I wouldn’t be the leastsurprised that any treatment for underlying mental health issues cures gender dysphoria.

Rule number #1 in Medicine as in Life: people lie (for as many reasons as there are drops of water on this planet).
I suspect she is leaving out details, and that her GP/FD has correspondence on file with the endocrinologist.
They have a malding patient on their hands either way, whether they try to persuade them to get of T or just continuing the T and monitoring this side-effect with another check with the endocrinologist down the road.

This thread is biased, but these TiF’s all look much older than the their actual claimed age.

One thing I always wondered about FTM troons, is that rather than go through the expense, surgery, and medical complications of trying to graft a nonfunctional "penis" to your crotch, would it not just be easier to just buy a double-ended strap-on vibrator? A FTM can pretend it is a "dick" all she wants, it works better for penetration than a "neophallus" and neither she nor her partner have to worry about any sort of loss of sensation that comes with the surgical butchery of SRS.

What even is a "non binary fem" and why would they be allowed in a group for women? Isn't the whole point of non binary that you're neither of the genders?
Is the addition of the "fem" saying "I'm non binary but on Thursdays and Sunday I'm actually a cute anime babe *teehee* can I join your group uwu?"

Cunt could safely stop taking T anyway.
That skin has become haggard enough, the hairline receded, the facial hair grown in enough that she will never look female again, and stopping T would probably only serve to make her look like a man younger than 60, and less extensively ill.
