When you post stuff like “I’ve always wanted to ratio X” or “let’s show Xphobes that they’re not popular on this platform” you’re essentially metagaming the imaginary contest. It undermines the relevance of having more likes than the OP. On one side you have people who saw the OP chuckled, flicked it a like, and then forgot about it. On the other side you have a basement of seething trannies thinking it’s a competition, furiously cycling through their alts. Even if they get more likes on their “ratio” comment it’s meaningless because the comment wasn’t liked for its own sake but rather as part of some imaginary contest. Stonetoss fans aren’t circulating his comment saying “we need to protect Stonetoss from being ratioed!11!”
