If anyone cares to watch this, please provide a tl;dr.
May have missed something but here's gist
  • Zelensky tells the UN they suck to their face (video call)
  • Zelensky is asked if they will concede anything
    • He says they will not concede anything and Crimea is still Ukraine's
      • Note - I find this strange since articles say that Crimea was up for discussion in negotiations
  • Zelensky says Ukraine is protecting all democracies
  • Bucha shots
    • Zelensky asked about a picture of him and what he felt there, he says "anger"
    • A local resident (?) who got shot in the leg says some Russian soldiers are normal and some are crazy and shoot in the air or at your legs
    • Babushka says it was horrifying
  • Zelensky says everyone who isn't stopping this is responsible for all of the deaths and casualties
    • He emphasizes that the world is responsible for everything going on in Ukraine
  • Zelensky says Putin won't stop at Ukraine and everyone needs to give them guns as if they were arming their own soldiers
  • They talk about Zelensky and cover how he's a comedian with a law degree and had a popular sitcom
    • Apparently Russians loved his show too
  • His Chief of Staff is Zelensky's best bud from before being elected
  • Chief of Staff spoke with Gen Milley and I think Jake Sullivan
    • He told them he needed tanks and planes ASAP
    • 60 Min narrator adds that the US has been telling others to give up planes Ukrainian pilots are familiar with
      • Note - Again strange because the US turned down assisting Poland with this (Poland was calling the administration's bluff on the deal, imo)

Does anyone know good youtube channels with war footage of the invasion? I'd like to download the videos, I don't care what the channel angle is as long as it's not some mega news agency.

edit: I already have Patrick Lancaster
Graham Phillips occasionally has footage from the scene.

WarGonzo is a good source of current events if you don't mind telegram and the Russian language, as he is constantly on the move with the Russian and Republic Soldiers.

The press service of the LPR is mostly humanitarian aid and interviews with civilians and prisoners.

Thanks.
Pretty much nothing new.

More like who could guess the politicians they threatened to pull a coup on would decide it might be for the best if they weren't around anymore to threaten such things.
They probably also know too much and they can use that against Zelensky/NATO.
So yeah, from Zelensky/NATO's pov it's better to get rid of them once they become obsolete.

What if this movie was a documentary about Russia

Russia has been firing grad missiles into cities for a month. Of course the west doesn't care at this point. If Russia doesn't care why should they?
Oh boy here we go again

I don't know an easy way to scrape telegram channels, though I may have to look into it. Kadyrov and Wargonzo both have youtube channels which I think mirrors most of their stuff in the telegram channels, which is convenient.

I'm genuinely not aware of any pro-Ukrainian on-the-ground types and it's hard to search for them because it's buried under the professional propaganda.

On your phone Telegram will automatically download pics/vids. (It's turned ON by default)
The desktop version doesn't have that functionality but as a workaround you can install an Android emulator on your pc and run from there.

fyi - Bluestacks seems to be a very good and free Android emulator (PC/Mac/Linux) I didn't test it myself yet.

Volunteers from South Ossetia use ATGM on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The mercenaries of the "Georgian Legion" are somewhere in Ukraine.

From the armament, you can see the FGM-148 Javelin ATGM, NLAW ATGM, FIM-92 Stinger MANPADS, Pansarskott m/86 anti-tank weapons, and a rare AI AWM sniper rifle.

Dnieper. The Smerch MLRS strike hit the AFU positions.

The launch of Iskander missiles

Literally snow niggers support the war.

Here's a lovely Ukrainian lady describing her experience with Russian soldiers:
"Things they were saying: "Look! All of their houses are made out of bricks, every house has a notebook, and they are gouging on NUTELLA." It was shocking. It's nothing unusual for us - a brick house, a notebook, nutella for kids. For them it was a surprise."

The manufacturer of mayonnaise "Sloboda" tested a prototype of a drone for evacuation in case of an emergency.

It can fly at a distance of up to 20 km at a speed of up to 100 km/h and carry cargo weighing up to 170 kg, Forbes reports, citing a message from EFKO.

The drone is able, for example, to evacuate victims in the event of an emergency from hard-to-reach places.

Would you take a chance on such a ride?

Do you forget that the invaders saw roads and street lamps in Ukraine for the first time in their lives?

If it can deliver 170kg of mayonnaise in glass jars 20km away without breaking any I might consider it.

How could I? Just piling up more proofs that Russians are some inbred cavemen. Ukrainians never lie, don't you know?

Can't seem to find last stream where this is taken from to check the name of the guy. Might have deleted it precisely due to this.
Source claims this is a Russian under Italian flag. Dumb zoomers. Guy might have ended his career right there if this goes viral. Or maybe these are new Yuropean values. We shall see.

And here we go:
If he had just won, and didn't salute, he would have been Italian.
But once he flipped a sieg, he be Russian.

In New York, residents heard a powerful explosion in Times Square and decided that they were being bombed.

However, it turned out to be a sewer explosion.

Can NY Mutts confirm such a panic?

This little kitten was found in one of the destroyed high-rise buildings in Borodyanka.

Rescuers named her - Shpulya Borodyanskaya. Now the cat lives in the office of a medical rescuer from Kiev.

It's the Russian MoD so it's probably bullshit. I especially call bullshit on 4 of them being sheltered in one place.
I guess we'll find out in a few days if it was true or not.
All 4 of them need to operate together with the 1 radar system that was also provided so that might explain why they were stored in the same place.

Here's my take on it. I think it was a diversion because you never really saw any attempt to actually do anything in Keiv
But we did. They attempted probing attacks by going further West and trying to cut off Kevin there. They just kept getting bounced.

Russia should have went bombing places left and right, occupying them without a chance of being recaptured and doing basically blitzkrieg
But that's how it went. They unleashed a decapitating strike that was meant to cripple the government and military and started rolling in with air assaults. The problem is that misses and duds allowed Ukrainian forces to react, and unsupported air assaults clashed with territorial defense units which prevented the foothold.
Had they waged total war from the start and attacked Ukrainians on all fronts with indiscriminate bombardments with no regard for civilian casualties they would have probably been in a much better position atm.
And what would have that acomplished beside making cities even more difficult to capture by turning them into rubble?
Now, with artillery, utter destruction, chaos and a deployment via air and land it would have created completely disarray on the brass of Ukraine, not knowing if concentrate forces on Kiev or sent forces to recapture territories, all the while Russia keeps shelling and bombing places.
So let me get this straight. One of the biggest issues with the Russian campaign is how easily they got bogged down and how their munitions expenditure is hindered by their reliance on trucking supplies from rail to the front.
You want to dedicated even more ordnance to the opening salvo, which we already know didn't work, you want to get even more aircraft shot down by the defenses that weren't neutralized in the first night, you will get even more Russians bogged down, even more VDV dropped unsupported, etc?
This doesn't work like in the games where you click the button to make more tanks and send them to the front. YOLO'ing that many forces would result in initial territorial gains but ultimately sacrifice even more troops.
