May have missed something but here's gist

• Zelensky tells the UN they suck to their face (video call)
• Zelensky is asked if they will concede anything
  • He says they will not concede anything and Crimea is still Ukraine's
    • Note - I find this strange since articles say that Crimea was up for discussion in negotiations
• Zelensky says Ukraine is protecting all democracies
• Bucha shots
  • Zelensky asked about a picture of him and what he felt there, he says "anger"
  • A local resident (?) who got shot in the leg says some Russian soldiers are normal and some are crazy and shoot in the air or at your legs
  • Babushka says it was horrifying
• Zelensky says everyone who isn't stopping this is responsible for all of the deaths and casualties
  • He emphasizes that the world is responsible for everything going on in Ukraine
• Zelensky says Putin won't stop at Ukraine and everyone needs to give them guns as if they were arming their own soldiers
• They talk about Zelensky and cover how he's a comedian with a law degree and had a popular sitcom
  • Apparently Russians loved his show too
• His Chief of Staff is Zelensky's best bud from before being elected
• Chief of Staff spoke with Gen Milley and I think Jake Sullivan
  • He told them he needed tanks and planes ASAP
  • 60 Min narrator adds that the US has been telling others to give up planes Ukrainian pilots are familiar with
    • Note - Again strange because the US turned down assisting Poland with this (Poland was calling the administration's bluff on the deal, imo)

I like that he said that the UN sucks, because I agree. Everything else just seems like guilt tripping and pity baiting. Unless he wants an even bigger war, the US can only do so much. Also, Zelensky’s stance on Crimea pretty much means that more Ukrainians will die if he’s unwilling to negotiate territory that Russia took over in 2014.

I like that he said that the UN sucks, because I agree. Everything else just seems like guilt tripping and pity baiting. Unless he wants an even bigger war, the US can only do so much. Also, Zelensky’s stance on Crimea pretty much means that more Ukrainians will die if he’s unwilling to negotiate territory inhabited by people that Russia took over voted to not live under the illegitimate coup government in Kiev in 2014.

I stopped reading twitter and half my 'recommended unbiased' ukranian telegrams after the first few weeks because of constant flip reporting.

Even that so called VDV or whatever those Russians are called raid south of kyiv; turned out to just be a downed small Antonov transport carrying only 15 Ukrainian military personnel. Russian paratroopers died, but that was being morons taking risks north of kyiv and they were no where near a plane.

So about these sanctions.

The Austrian chancellor visited Russia and had a nice chat with Vladimir Putin. His stance? "Open the humanitarian corridors NOW. Oh, and we'll keep ramping up the sanctions." Not "or", "and".

Why should he be doing what they are telling him to do again? They are not even offering him a graceful way to bow out. This is not diplomacy.
