Seems like I'm just posting animations today, but you'll want to take a minute for this one. Should have known DuDul would tackle this moment.

If you've got an hour, Kowkarot put together a holotori vid with all POVs (haven't watched it yet).

DuDul and Kowkarot are some of the top tier HL fan creators, up there with Kanauru and Mazu. EDIT: and 2ManySnacks.

The challenge on this one was getting it to loop right. I'd like to shave off the sides so it's just Gura, but I still can't get that to work right, it just ends up with the same aspect ratio and big black bars on the sides no matter what I do. A little too big, maybe?

EDIT: @Tatsunoko That's better. I only noticed there were a few extra frames at the end after uploading. For some reason I can't save yours as a gif though. EDIT 2: nvm I got it.

Best I can do. The stupid pink vignette throws it off a bit still. But it fixes the few pixel jump at the end of the loop.

Occam's razor dictates it is. The only reasonable explanation I can think of for Niji blocking the collabs is that they don't want their talents to overlap too much with Holo because it makes it so they'll always be playing second fiddle.
The most obvious explanation is that Holo recognise that they have 90% of the male demographic western YouTube market under their thumb and cannot grow beyond this, so wilfully allowing their viewers to be exposed to another major company on YouTube is not in their best interests.
People will mention HoloID but the reality is that HoloID is also mostly EN fans so the same risks apply. Imagine r/Holo APEXfags discovering Selen through Ollie.

I think the usual reason people brought up from the niji side is china going crazy about anything hololive-related, it wasn't so obvious with 1 - 3 but luxiem got absolutely huge on bilibili and it's not crazy to think they actually planned for that.
From the holo POV yes, there's little benefit in promoting their main competitor on the platform, especially since they started as hololive-light with a ton of Myth tourists. There is also relatively new issue coming with the males and that chaotic style of streaming with members "invading" each other's discord calls etc. that EN branch became notorious for. You can't guarantee that what started as Pomu x Kiara collab wouldn't suddenly have some loud dudes in it taking over.

His entire channel is now void of videos. They were apparently still up even as of a few hours ago, so this is very recent. He also was still uploading videos as of about a week or so ago. And his Twitter is private as well.

I think we have a winner. Holy fucking shit.

Since I mostly use gifs on Telegram I just link the tweet in my saved messages and save the gif from there. You can save it on Telegrams cloud or on your device
