I don't know that I've ever seen a before/after shot of FFS where the victim patient didn't look like an alien afterwards. Your best hope is to end up looking plastic and uncanny in the same way women do after too much plastic surgery. The noses and foreheads are especially unsettling.

I know they sometimes take rib cartilage to do rhinoplasties. From the document posted it seems it was also used to make an Adam's apple

How can you get "euphoric" from this? It has no substance. It's skin and fat grafted onto the FUPA. Real penises have weight to it. They always cry dysphoria but even if they sew and burn the vagina shut you can probably still flex the muscles, or what's left of them, not to mention the giga clit that's at the base of it. It will always be there no matter what she does to hide or alter it.

There’s the terrifying possibility they used a rib for that next level mental SRS that they do where they use a bone for a permo stiff dick - it’s actually a better idea than using part of a leg bone.. but not by much.
