You might want to repaste that shit. My 970 died last year while I was waiting for prices to come down. Not sure it was a thermal issue in the end, could have been some other element of the card, but still, 970s won't last much longer without repair and maintenance, presuming you've been running it since release.

I'm sticking 64GB of 3200mhz ram in it so I can run everything ever at once. 1tb nvme as the main drive with a couple of 8tb hard drives for storage until I ever get around to building a nas. 2100 dollars from a retailer for this card. Nvidia msrp is 2k. Scalper pricing is why I robbed cards out of my mining rig to build my kid's pcs. They will get a upgrade whenever the lower end cards get back to normal.

Yeah I know, but I got it for less than scalper pricing on a regular 3090 and it actually has a warranty and customer support which scalped cards don't get. Trust me, I would have preferred a 3090 at msrp.

I needed the vram of the 3090. I don't even game. The closest I come to gaming is eroge. I'm going to mine the shit out of some etherium until 2.0 rolls out though. One advantage the ti has over the regular 3090 is that Nvidia didn't fuck with it to have lower hashrates.
The evga version comes with a rope for you to tie it off to the top of the case the fucker is so heavy. Mine comes with some kind of rgb bracket. I guess that's why it cost a hundred dollars more. I think my power supply is coming tomorrow. If so I'll do my rebuild and see how that works.
