for your complexion, you don't appear to have any major blemishes, but you do have some texture and aging. try just color correcting in small spots with concealer (this is also a good time to color correct for any stubble) and then using a more moisturizing foundation like a bb cream or tinted moisturizer on top of it and setting with a light layer of translucent powder. this will make your skin appear much more youthful and less "cakey." when it comes to foundation a lot of the time less is more. also consider bronzer and blush applied with a light hand, your face is all one color right now and looks a little bit jarring (too much bronzer and blush will not fix the issue but make you look worse.) try applying blush to the high points of your cheeks and bronzer to the hollows of your cheeks toward the outside of your face, and maybe a highlighter on your cheekbones. if you wanted, you could try a light contour on your nose but that may be overwhelming for a beginner. your eyeliner is not necessarily poorly applied, but heavily outlining your eyes on the outside corners as you have is making your eyes appear smaller, and closer together. try a thinner applicator or a liquid liner, and start at the outside edge of your iris and move outwards, if you can practice ending it in a small wing that could do a lot to elongate your eyes. you could then apply much less liner to the bottom lashes. apply a highlighter to the inner corners also to make them look larger. then, curl your eyelashes and apply your mascara in thin layers so they dont clump together. your eyebrows are well manicured (rare for mtfs so you have that going for you) but you could try filling them in with a SLIGHTLY darker and warmer shade, they would match your hair better. finally, choose a lipstick that suits your undertones (you can always politely ask ladies at a makeup counter to help you find your undertones and suitable shades, just dont harrass them.) i dont think your lipstick is bad if youre wearing some in this picture, but as your lips are quite thin you may want to go with something a little less natural and more saturated, or practice LIGHTLY overlining to bring more attention to them. highlighter on your cupids bow and maybe gloss to make your lips look more plump. your hair is obviously thinning as is expected for anyone as they get older but it doesnt look particularly healthy and its falling really flat. use hair products that nourish the hair, try to treat what hair you have like it's your baby, and prevent further damage. use volumizing products or hairspray to bring more life into it. lastly you are really pale but thats okay, i dont suggest getting any sun or anything, but i dont think the stark black tshirt is a great choice for your skin tone. try experimenting with different colors, again trying to follow your undertones, until you find something that flatters your coloring. all of this will help you pass a lot better and be more beautiful in general.
