I read a book on various forms of mysticism some years back which delved into pre-Torah mystical beliefs among the Jewish tribes prior to unification. One of which was basically that a sufficiently high-status priest could make an incantation once a year by evoking YHWH's true name and this was part of the reason the 3rd commandment was codified.
I don't remember the name nor author of this book and I'm not gonna bother looking for external references, so dude trust me: become a spiritual leader in a Jewish community and learn the THWH's true name and you'll basically have a once-a-year wish you'll have granted by the almighty himself.
