Yup, just that the often go further than just saying 'it's all faked'. They usually start with the premise 'it's on KF so it must be all lies', but then it can develop into all sorts of ongoing bullshit - harassment campaigns, real-life attacks, threats against family and friends. That's where the conspiracy against them really shines, because no matter how many people must be involved in covering up their suffering, up to and including the entirety of all governmental agencies in their country, no matter how pozzed the place they live in, such as Canada - it will find some acceptance.
