General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

Maybe I'm weird, but I don't give a shit of Gura said "so gay" or not. My gut reaction is to say "She can say what she wants, fuck you." Off the top of my head I can remember her unambiguously making fun of other groups like the English and Millenials. The idea that she maybe-possibly-perhaps said something not 100% flattering about gays just doesn't even register.

Nobody here gives cares if she said it or not, we just need to know if we need to get the popcorn ready for the inevitable spergout that will follow. That being said, I'm definitely in team "Gura slurs all of her words" instead of "Gura dropped a slur"

I can save you some time wondering and just say nothing is going to come of this, if it were there would be more chater about this outside of just some people here and on /vt/ thirsting for drama. the whole misheard lyrics tier drama bait that these sorts of things are never amount to anything and that's a good thing because lord would it be retarded if it did.

For comparison consider the Suisei "Nye-girl" sounding like "nigger" nonsense that people tried to bait into becoming drama on r/hololive. Even the most normie of redditors can tell when it's just something innocuous that might sort of sound like they're saying something else.

Tenma's suffering in Lifeline has been gold. You sit back and watch her take minutes to enter a single room, or to look at a single object, it's beautifully frustrating.

Amiya Arahna continues her fmv game week with 7th guest today: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bh-esy3n9UY Reminder she has a full week of them, but I'll save my shilling for other streamers the rest of this week.

I know some conservative countries have the weird victim shaming but apparently RushiNeko Genshin thing is a prime example of victim shaming.

The nobody Genshin streamer banking on the RushiNeko tag to get clout only to get dogpile by fandeads result in him folding and “quit streaming”

Then we have onion/Keemstar articles like this blaming RushiNeko for overreacting and she should take responsible for what her fan does.

Turns out Japan is no better than 3rd world country like Pakistan on the “if you get rape it’s your fault” mentality

What else is new.

Well more like a little over half of Vshojo is well respected. Vei is the most outwardly disliked due to ShyLily, Hime might as well not exist, and Zen is Zen. I'm saying this as someone who likes everyone else in Vshojo.
To be fair the Shylily thing wasn't the main issue with veibae but is the current thing along with the constant sodapoppin mentions.

Veibae is a cunt who is second to being a hypocrite next to nyanners. Shitting all over vtuber agencies and hololive in particular only to join vshitshow.

She basically gets away with everything, and having the vshitshow badge is making her pretty much untouchable too, she can do whatever without the fear of getting #cancelled.

Dude, always has been

What else is new.

The only thing you have to consider about Japan's backwards behavior is whether they were nuked too much...or not enough.
