Reading the docket a little more closely, it looks like some of the claims were dismissed for failure to state a claim, and there was a motion for summary judgment which might have been granted in part (the docket doesn't say, but there was a monetary judgment listed on the same date), but it appears that at least some of the claims survived because there's a jury trial scheduled for May of next year.
