My guess was he was over 30 minutes late, but again, it's a scam so they said they'd "squeeze him in" a little bit later and then told him he couldn't eat his Wendy's in the waiting area, triggering the fit. There's likely video evidence of this as well- most if not all psychological service providers have security cameras to protect themselves against chronic reporters and tard rage.
