Something that I'd never understand is that, if the man doesn't have enough money to even survive, let alone pay his debt, then why tf doesn't he tries to find a real job?
Don't get me wrong, YT and Twitch can be very well-paying job. But with his current financial status, I doubt that his YT career can actually pay for his daily needs.

1. has no skill
2. is lazy as fuck and has no work ethic
3. is 40yo and has only worked entry lvl jobs for a couple of years his whole life
4. has a unemployment gap of over a decade
5. has a his own kiwifarm section with 343 000 posts

...find a job where he makes more than $120 000-$150 000/ year? because thats currently just barely enough to survive

People fixate of what he thinks he deserves to make at a job and not the true issue that he needs something with steady income that covers actual, real, mature, adult bills while also keeping him occupied so he doesn't drink and play champions all day.
On top of that, all he has to do is stop the frivolous spending on doordash, champions, and total wine and he would even be able to bank money.

Most 'real' jobs would allow Phil to play Champions more than he does now streaming.

His spending is the real problem, as you say. I don't think anything will stop that. He's been that way his entire life, even before he had internet fame. Society will allow Phil to do so as long as he stupidly burns money on interest payments, as well.

I don't think this is really enforced by Youtube, tbh.
However, the only section here that have a 0.001% chance to cause him trouble is this one:

But again, this is extremely unlikely to hurt his channel in any way.

This is part of the reason Phil can't afford to give up gaming, beyond the ability to blame the games for a lack of "support". He needs something to distract him from his own thoughts and ironically, away from his chat. When he's mentally doing nothing he's easily provoked into talking about things that he shouldn't. The MLB streams had some of his worst meltdowns at the time because he was barely playing the game.

well he's going to be "hanest" and no one has talked about the short comings of the game only Phil will, no one else will or has.
