In that regard, Trump losing in 2020 was a blessing in disguise since now Biden and the Democrats have to take fucking ownership of Covid and it's disastrous fallout on the economy. Had Trump won, the Democrats could wash their hands, blame EVERYTHING on Trump and then win in 2024 and beyond off of the deep sixing of the economy under Trump.

The weak follow the strong. There are no strong politicians in our country as of yet so there have been no proper political campaigns. Just because you followed a state rep around for a year and watched him compromise at every turn to appease the indifferent voters, or whatever it was, does not mean that's the right way to get things done.

People loved Trump just for showing up and saying The Things. People love DeSantis for the same reason. But both men are compromised. When we get a man who isn't compromised, who is charismatic and is saying All The Things, the people will follow because they recognize strength.

Also, such a thing already exist on Twitter: being a Blue Checkmark has the privilage of opening up an exclusive setting where you can hide ALL non-Verified Twitter accounts and posts. Meaning the elite can block out EVERYONE but their own fellow elites who have the blue checkmark badge. Which in turn, is why the left went on a spree to strip conservatives of their blue checkmarks a couple of years back, so that those people couldn't somehow make it through the bubble Twitter allows the rich, famous, and powerful so they only see the replies and posts from other rich, famous, and powerful people.

Abraham wasn't a Jew. He didn't practice the religion of Judaism, which didn't exist during his lifetime. No Torah, no Temple, no Talmud, but lots of gods. Abraham worshiped the god known in Canaan as El (Babylonian Ellil, Sumerian Enlil), also identified as El-Shaddai and Elyon. This El was Yahweh's father (see Deuteronomy 32 in the LXX) until Judahites became monotheists and decided the gods they worshipped in the past were the same God (El and Yahweh) or were false gods (e.g. Asherah, Ba'al, Molech). Then you have the Torah, you have the Temple tradition, you have the oral Torah that would evolve into the Talmud, and you have monotheism, all the ingredients of Judaism.

He's not ethnically Jewish either, having lived several generations before Jacob-Israel or his son Judah founded the race. (Actual ethnogenesis of a self-identifying Jewish community would have taken some time.) However this immigrant from Sumer identified himself among the Canaanites, he would not have identified himself as a Jew, an Edomite, a Samaritan, an Arab, or any of the other groups claiming descent from him.
