Apologies in advance if this was posted earlier. I came across this just now and felt it was too good to not share with you guys:

For context, I live in Poland. So about a month before the war started, my parents bought a small house from a repossesion man and we've been renovating it ever since. It was a lot of work, since the previous owners literally left all of their garbage behind, leaving a mess in the entire house. After the war started, we sped up cleaning quite a bit, in order to let the house out to Ukrainian immigrants. We cleaned up most of the house, installed working appliances, stocked up the fridge and fixed the heating. It was then when we got notice that the immigrants would be movin in the day after. The only thing left to do was to clean up two rooms, one of which was a bedroom and the other a spare room. Mostly just packing up old stuff and some vacuuming, nothing a day of cleaning, max two wouldn't fix. The house is fully prepared, and the new inhabitants arrive to check out the house. Now may I add, it was a nice, small house, with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom, with all living appliances required and with food also provided. Upon inspecting the house, they expressed disgust at the fact that they would have to clean up a bit and seemed annoyed that we even offered them a house that isn't fully ready. Come on, you're being offered free accomodation and food, beggars can't be choosers Edit: To clarify, the house wasn't a shithole, it is a decent family home, and the rooms that require cleaning, i didnt mean grime everywhere and unlivable conditions, they were simply dusty andd the previous owners left their stuff around such as clothes, toys and other stuff in wardrobes and drawers. We had a one day notice that they would be moving in and we did everything we could to make the house better. We stocked the fridge, we cleaned all we could, we even bought a brand new laundry machine. We just wanted to do something nice for the refugees, we didn't want anything in return

Reminds me of the shit I saw back in 2015, I live in a country that was on the main Syria > Germoney route, and a lot of restaurants in my city decided that they would give out free food to refugees, because most of them were old enough to remember the last war. Not a week after that started you had people uploading videos to facebook groups or the subreddit of refugees screaming at the people working in the restaurants and feeding them out of pocket, because they were getting spaghetti instead of the most expensive shit off the menu.

So you are claiming that fuel prices are decreasing overall? Last I looked fuel prices have been at an all time high.

What you are claiming is that the Russian economy is collapsing because their oil prices have fallen compared to everyone else's. I am stating that sanctions have never caused a government to fail. Sanction bros have always stated grandiose predictions that just never come to pass. Sanctions do cause suffering but, not the extreme political change that people like yourself seem to think sanctions cause. You can post your infographic until cancer eats your brain. It does not reflect the stability of the Russian government. It cannot reflect the stability of the Russian government.

Feel free to make any predictions you want. I am merely stating that I have no knowledge of any modern government that has fallen solely because of US backed sanctions.
