Works both ways....Carpet bombing it is then
It is time to bring some democracy from the sky.
Never believe anything a POW says to the holding nations camera.Interviews with wounded soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
"We would have surrendered earlier, but our command did not think about us, they just fucked us."
Wounded Ukrainian marines who surrendered in Mariupol are now being treated in DPR hospitals. They thank the Donetsk doctors for their help and good attitude:
"Our command treated us badly... it was not clear at all. I am grateful, we got here — and I was really saved.
I was lying in our hospital, we were surrounded, and little help was given to me. And we came here — they helped me as much as possible. "

It's over Putinbros, how will they recover when she marches into the Kremin to bash the fash? Here, have a bonus.
No need to thank me.
Between Azov and other state sanctioned militias shooting at their own people for taking shelter and the government rounding up all men ages 18-50 to die in a ditch this is just depressing. I never thought I would witness the Volksturm and militarized Hiter Youth in my lifetime.Interviews with wounded soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Hmm, but of course. The Russians are just learning from their American colleagues. Hopefully, they will be capable students.Works both ways....
I agree, but I believe in what I see. And what I see is that they were given medical care instead of shooting their knees or simply killed.Never believe anything a POW says to the holding nations camera.
Sure. I should also add that I do believe the officers prevented individual surrenders. As they should. Individual surrender is cowardice before the enemy. Even the United States carries the death penalty by field court Marshall for this. The UCMJ allows an American Field Grade Officer to carry out the summary imposition of sentence for it too. Literally take your ass out back and get shot. So of course Ukraine does (and probably did) too.Hmm, but of course. The Russians are just learning from their American colleagues. Or did you mean Ukrainians? This is unlikely since they have almost no planes left, not to mention tactical bombers.

I can't wait for the US and english of all people to complain about this and call it a terrible war crime that must be stopped.Carpet bombing it is then

Oh, but he absolutely will see it.You're not though.
This is accurate."Russians look european but are not"
Tell that to Phil Hartman or Lorena Bobbitt's husband.Nothing that can’t be remedied with a well timed slap, boyo.
Yes, it sounds reasonable as long as you have a commander and a plan of action for soldiers who would otherwise prefer to surrender. But what we have now are soldiers who were left without ammunition and who were abandoned by their commanders, as the soldiers themselves say.Sure. Fortunately it's a very rare situation where such measures are required. No US units have ever been surrounded in siege conditions in quite some time.
Exactly. This was a gigantic miscalculation. Not only will they, at the end, wind up with only the territory they've claimed all along (probably with a little bit of buffer ground) but they have gotten Finland and Sweden to want to join the cool kids club. To think that there are people defending this colossal blunder is absurd. You'd have to be as stupid as your average Russian male believe otherwise.Absolutely the opposite. He made NATO more important than ever and breathed another 100 years of life into it. People were starting to ask why NATO still exists at all and now everyone remembers exactly why.
