I’ve given my reasons for why I don’t think he has autism and I’ll stand by them. I’d sooner but he had some kind of narcissism or similar. Because if he’s gonna claim PTSD from a spray bottle and fucking Imposter Syndrome over being “too popular”, than you can bet your ass he would have never shut the fuck up about being autistic if he had been.

Even if he does have Autism, I've known autists who are not complete fucksticks. (Also a lot of Autists don't have sort of brain disorder, just a "critical lack of social skills because of having their ass patted constantly and learning tantrums = tendies to make me shut me up" )

I’ve directly worked with autistic kids in volunteer programs and the ratio of them being good kids with issues to absolute fuckheads is about 1:10. Most autistic kids end up overcoming a lot of their issues by the time they go through full puberty and get to the end of high school, but that tenth kid is a genuine fuckstick beyond the threshold of helping. That being said, their social capacities are more hindered than what Dobson radiates.
Whereas Dobson has the energy to at least be in social situations, these kids just hate interaction and are almost always aggressive. I’ve also talked about how Dobson deals with criticism, but while Dobson sees criticism and just rages over it, these kids just don’t understand the concept of criticism. You tell them “hey, you should work on *x*” and they mentally can’t comprehend the idea of even putting in the effort. It’s not like “oh fuck you, you’re an asshole”, these kids genuinely don’t understand what criticism is and are even confused by it.

When I was in high school I was part of a church youth group praise band. We had this mega sperg about two years older than me who sung backup vocals and absolutely sucked donkey dick. Being a youth group we were not allowed to not let this guy play with us, so we would always gently try to give him pointers and practice with him. Thing is he didn’t get it at all. You’d give him something constructive, he’d not understand what you were talking about and just ignore it. Outside this scenario he was a confrontational spergmeister who would explode on you for no reason, but any time you tried to give constructive criticism it’s like it hit a wall. Later on he somehow got in the Navy, only to get kicked out of Basic because he cussed out a drill sergeant and tried fighting him. He never understood why he was kicked out.

Dobson at least has the insight to understand what criticism is, but responds furiously whenever it’s brought up. The worst autismos just don’t understand the concept of criticism. That to me is adequate proof that Dobson is not autistic, just a fucking loser.

What's "excess" or "deviant" can vary by culture though. Like how masturbation or even modest dress in the West now is by Victorian standards. I assume it means autistics can have sexuality to an unhealthy impairing degree, or they can be oblivious to what people around them consider normal (like Bryce and his open fetish for "BumpBows")?

(Of course there are fetishes that are arguably universally deviant, like inflation.)

Some decent souls were quick to elaborate on who Dobson is and turned it into a drag fest, but there’s obviously that smoothbrain chunk of Twitter users saying “he makes a valid point!!!!”. Nothing new for us, but it was nice to see a bunch of Twittertards become exposed to the glorious sadcow since he’s been AWOL. Real shit, I was bullied as all fuck in middle school and I’m glad I didn’t end up having this mentality. Middle school is just full of kids who are always trying to one up each other in the middle of puberty, holding a grudge over that era is stupid because that’s a period when kids really don’t know better. As an adult I’ve become friends with kids who picked on me, they straight up apologized to me for how they behaved and I was totally cool with them. Dobson’s crybaby attitude always makes me feel better about how I ended up as an adult. Not perfect, but at least I’m not Dobson.

Autism is a spectrum. The higher-functioning autistic people who are able to understand criticism don't end up in those sort of programs, because they (or at least their parents) don't want them to be stuck with the sort of people you describe. Numerous Kiwi Farms users are autistic, and most of them don't act like that. There are also other factors independent of the severity of the autism that can contribute to worse outcomes in raising autistic children, like cluster B personality disorders (NPD, BPD, histrionic personality disorder, antisocial personality disorder) in one or both parents.

The obliviousness to what is sexually normal is due to autistic people having a hard time reading social cues. With histamine intolerance, I'm talking about consumption of high histamine foods (cheese, chocolate, seafood unless very fresh, aged or fermented foods like vinegar and alcohol, leftovers, condiments) raising levels of histamine as a neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. This increases wakefulness, libido, and irritability. A person with high CNS histamine will have a higher sex drive and more fetishes than a person with normal CNS histamine, given the same culture. They'll also be angrier and have more trouble sleeping. And I would definitely consider inflation fetish, or any other physically impossible fetish, to be deviant by any standard. Zoophilia is another example of something that would be considered deviant in all cultures.

The good news for Andrew is that if it really is true that they put him on an MAOI, and they told him exactly what foods to avoid, and he sticks to it, he'll end up lowering his histamine levels a lot. (MAOI stands for MonoAmine Oxidase Inhibitor; it works by interfering with monoamine oxidase enzymes that break down neurotransmitters including serotonin, dopamine, and histamine. The primary antidepressant effect is caused by increasing the supply of serotonin, but the increased dopamine will help Andrew as well. Increasing the supply of histamine won't help at all, but the dietary changes that go along with the drug will more than make up for it.)
