I know it's gay to share personal details, but it's for context, I'm 5'10" and I got up to 300lbs. Ralph helped fix that as thinspiration as a side note, holy fuck is he good for that. But at the weight I NEVER had anything like that, double tits, a bisected gunt that drapes down like a cooking apron, round puffed face, and a neck that is as wide as his jaw, and now he's developing some good jowels. I know height makes a difference for weight and distribution, but what is his real weight with that melting wax statue of a body? There is not an ounce of muscle on his body to support his hanging fat, it's almost beggars belief.

You could die in your sleep tonight with a body like that. Or when your blood pressure is through the roof whole you are slamming makers and screaming about the aylawds.
