If I look at a 16 or 17 year old girl on the street, not knowing her age, and I find her attractive, does that make me a pedophile? In my opinion absolutely not.

Reaching older age yourself, you start recognizing patterns better in people and you can outline someone's age far better than you could have when you were pre or around your 20s. Back then, most folk can't deduce a 17yo from a 25yo most of the time, when you're older, you can easily see if a youngin is a stupid school kid or a stupid college kid, or if he's older and has seen some real shit. It's difficult to explain, but you just notice this shit better as you get older.

If a, say, 30 year old man finds a 16/17 year old attractive on a purely physical level, that's not too abnormal.
