Nijisanji has too many talents to really keep track of, but I haven't especially heard of major fiascos. I also only really watch the boys, so with that in mind... Mysta is the most open about his issues (lol the guys IRL trip was a mess for/with him), Sonny has some impostor syndrome going on but he seems to be working well enough past it? He "had to" swivel pretty hard from his initial personality to do uwu softboy stuff because that was working better for viewership, and I can't really tell how used to doing that he is yet.

Kanae on the JP side has somewhat openly talked about having used to be suicidal here and there, but it's never been an unprompted thing (as in, he voluntary tells his story when viewers ask or the topic comes up but it's kept mum otherwise). He's mentioned being a rock for several JP members, I remember Hoshikawa Sara being extremely thankful for his advice and presence in general, so JP seems to have him to talk to for menhera shit if they're buddies.

All the streams I've watched where the EN guys do personal convos, they all seem well adjusted enough or at least are firm with their boundaries so incidents are less likely to happen. Not that I've particularly kept up with all of them, some of them talk for way too long, Luca tends to spend an hour minimum talking to chat post-stream) so there's most likely hints here and there I've missed out on.
