It doesn't even mention incels until the end, where it tries to tie a general dislike or disregard of women at all into inceldom, and argue that incels are some massive terrorist conspiracy and that Nasuwt (presumably some faggot British politician) is right to be writing up laws that make disliking women a criminal offense.
