Like I said, its a fantasy. He doesnt even have the job secured in florida, a mortgage company would never give this kid a mortgage without showing a steady job hes had for a bit and wont factor in whatever rent those other autists would pay, let alone give him a second mortgage. He would essentially have to buy the house outright for this to work. Or, His mom is the the actual owner on the condo, like ive always suspected, and maaayyybee he could get a mortgage in his name down there. But without a cosigner, I seriously doubt it.
