In short, the sample and the threat do not appear to be a match at least in this case. The faces are the comparison metric and they should look a lot more similar when there's attempted socking going on.

Not to repeat sentiments I've seen expressed in passing, but I know I don't go out of my way to shit on trannies that don't act like fucking menaces. They exist, but you probably won't know who they are online because you won't find insane politics on their feeds, might not find any politics at all, they do their own thing, and they don't feel the need to exert power over others just because they can. Uncommon for sure, but not unheard of.

Hell, I might even use their preferred pronouns because there's a good chance I won't know otherwise without the usual string of red flags announcing it (such as pronouns in the bio), and chances are if you aren't a raging asshole you earned the benefit of the doubt anyway.

This isn't hard, don't act like a raging asshole and people are less likely to treat you like one, even if they see the uncanny valley between the adam's apple and the massive jaw. You can "pass" without passing per se.

That being said, Keffals cannot be described as passing in any sense:

1) Looks like the result of David Mitchell getting molested (dead eyes) and putting on a wig.
2) Has a dickshark growing out of their open would which is supposed to be a "clitoris".
3) Attempts to exert power over others, including children, just because he can and knows he can get away with it.
4) Revels in successfully fucking with somebody in a way that would have gotten you shot 50 years ago.

Something tells me the characterization of what is happening is a lie.

What I see in that picture is a bunch of judges passing the buck for varying likely bullshit reasons. There is a high probability this is because they don't want unhinged 6' 5" "women" showing up at their house or the inevitable media circus leading up to and following that inevitability. Cowards.

Bottom line though, "Voluntary dismissal" means the plaintiff nixed it, perhaps under advice, but they still decided to nix it; you can't blame judges for that no matter how much buck passing they try to do to each other, and the notion that procedural shenanigans are responsible when the timeline spans days, not weeks, months, or years, betrays an expected but also blatant dishonesty with the facts of the procedural history.

Reminder that cases can sit dormant for YEARS only to have a judge suddenly issue a ruling that some minor jurisdictional flaw is why they are now dismissing the case. That scenario is only scratching the surface of procedural shenanigans, this case just ain't it.
