The clip is interesting from a few weeks back, the beginning part iirc was about Austria having some sort of trade school job training alternative to high school. The second part was her talking about her plans after Hololive including that landlord idea. Good on her for thinking of the future, don't be like Rushia and be unprepared when the Hololive gravy train ends.

And if speaking more competitively I have a blast watching Botan play CoD, and the CoD Collabs with Luna, Subaru, Choco, and Botan/Miko and Luna. Though CoD hasn't really been on anyone's schedule for a long time.

Botan mentioned in her recent Mengen that she's going to play Battlefield with Towa soon. I just hope it's not 2042.

From the sound of how she talked about it, she'll just buy a piece of real estate and then just have a property-management company handle the rental of the property for a fee or %cut of the rent. It's a cushy option for passive income if she is able to snag some real estate. The tricky part is the finding affordable property itself in an area that's conducive to renters. Not sure what the real estate market looks like in Austria but if it's anything like what's happening in the US, she better be prepared to overpay.

That only works if you're the kind of landlord that loves to be hands-on with that kind of day-to-day shit. That shit gets annoying & expensive real fast especially if your property turns out to be a real piece-of-shit with stuff constantly breaking down and needing repairs and maintenance. Better to just have a property management company handle all that gritty details since they should have access to their own in-house contractors.
