In Current Year, it could easily be about half a million to a million, if it weren't 14 BLC.

I think there wasn't much of interest to "Christory" on the first floor during the "Classic Chris" days.

And IIRC, after the "Keurig Fire", Chris' bedroom and "work room" were both downstairs, and his former room became hoard storage.

It is, on the recent Gamer From mars doc you can see it clearly when he stomps up stairs and does that shouty thing to try and get the dogs to stop howling, His play room is on the left of the stairs it was Bob's old room and the old master bedroom became his, I think Barb took over Chris's old room.

Before Bob died I think he may have slept in his room (Chris's play room today) or Barb slept in the living room or the Mystery room I don't think Bob and Barb shared a room in the last few years of there lives together, they didn't seem to talk much either so sharing a bed would be odd.

think you’re right- the dogs are definitely UP stairs and Chris’s cave is basically the whole ground floor at that point

I assume pre-fire Bob and Barb slept in whatever space they could clear out downstairs
