Luna said she will agree, at this court date, to move out. This will be to prevent her credit getting tanked further by an eviction.

However, her idea of agreeing to move out is that she will magically be granted another few months to figure her shit out. She was thinking that the landlord will be cool with them giving a move out date of, say, June 30th.

The landlord will not be cool with Luna's plan. He filed a motion for resolution, meaning he is tired of the junkie due being granted continuance after continuance and wants justice. Even if Luna agrees to vacate, that probably means 14 days.

What I wouldn't give for a Luna & Lurch * Marissa Morris homeless in Marissa's car saga....

I noticed this screenshot a few pages back and wanted to point out the twitching when falling to sleep - this is a very common side effect when using high doses of opiates. Its a bit like that feeling you get as you're going to sleep and jolt/twitch with a feeling like you're falling..? It happens a lot but especially when nodding out or just falling asleep on a fat dose of opiates. Its known as myoclonus or a hypnic jerk. All this is to say, Tuna is definitely still abusing opiates and is full of shit with her sobriety talk, she relapsed probably a long time ago to be back on the high and consistent doses that this kind of twitching/muscle jerking tends to show up at. Surprised she's never put the two together and realised its the opiates that are causing it but I guess it might be difficult considering the handfuls of other shit she's taking.

It can happen when you’re sober too. My husband was a heavy user when he was younger and twitches like crazy when hes falling asleep. It drives me nuts. He hasn’t used in like 20 years.
