EDIT: The "double gunt" might actually be an abdominal hernia. I'm a nurse, and I've had a few patients (all obese) with a similar appearance who had diagnosed hernias.

No idea if skin donation is a thing, but chalk up another point in the ‘reasons people will start refusing to sign up to an organ donor register’ list, along with the potential womb stealers. I mean, what could go wrong? An entire back’s worth of skin from some RTA victim is just like using your own skin and there’s no way you’d need to be on meds to stop your body rejecting the foreign material, right?
