Nothing has changed appreciably in her life, and we will be seeing complications as she continues to feed her addiction.

It makes complete sense. Many detrans people have described the way that the transition path gave them guidance and a tangible set of goals in their otherwise directionless life (reflective of their nebulous sense of identity). They talks about how their lives could really "begin" once they've achieved their goal body. She has exhausted all possible trans surgeries she could have had. She has completed all of the "levels" and there is no longer the sense of achievement and happiness that comes with each goal (very fleeting, of course). I don't doubt that she is detransitioning for the correct reasons, but the further surgeries are motivated by this in part (not that she could identify or articulate so) and she is probably trying to provide herself an easily conceived set of goals once again with these new surgeries and treatments.

Just a fun medical observation - look at how fucking LONG that belly scar is, compared to the “length” of the tentacle. Skin shrinks so much when it doesn’t have more skin keeping it in tension.

I'm actually kind of impressed with miss Elephant Dick. If I'd been butchered like that and had people all over the world make fun of me for something so horrible I'd probably have no chance. First bridge I see, straight to hell.
