I'm not too sure, but Loulz started loulz.tips which funnels money via PayPal, meaning whoever used it basically full-doxed themselves. Full name, even postage address and a lot more can be accessed by the "receiver". That's how stream.me operated, which was why I warned people back then. If using stream.me and loulz.tips is fine, one might as well just send their SSN to Ralph. There's no doubt in my mind that Ralph still has access to these records, PayPal saves them all as well. Additionally, that's the easiest way he obtained Lord Akira's dox. That guy was a prolific paypig during the stream.me times.

Then under the help of a better programmer, someone made Powerchat for YOFA and Loulz, so they can launder more paypig money. Not exactly sure how powerchat works but the day I trust that shady honeypot funnel, I might as well join Gonzalo Lira in Bucha.

Yes, Loulz made it. It's not news, this has been known since last year. Kyler was the one to bring it to IBS, according to him it runs on Google Pay. Unironically the smartest decision an IP2 streamer has ever done.
