Why is it either "Hololive and Stars should break down the barriers and fully integrate" or "They never interact ever because they are idols"? News flash to anyone that wants to comment on this further, neither of these ideas are based in reality. People collab and talk to whoever they want to collab and talk with. Some members decide to go full on with the no males thing, and others don't care and will go with whoever. Do not pretend that just because there are people that don't immediately want to honor kill their oshi for collabing with a guy, that they want some full deconstruction of 'idol culture' or whatever. Most people are into Hololive because it is a different experience from the norms of streaming, the idol part of it is a big reason why it feels that way, but the reality that some of these people try to claim exists (the one where Holostars is completely walled off and inaccessible) is a fiction, and has been for years now. This doesn't even consider the Holostars side, where there are plenty of opportunities for them to collab with the girls, but they also choose not too for various reasons. Wagahai is well within the norms of other Hololive members, and she would still be within the norms if she said the opposite.
