After that incident Jay is on probation:
  • no alcohol whatsoever
  • allowing the parole board full and complete access to any digital, social media or electronic presence
  • complete a substance abuse or impulse control evaluation
  • undergo a mental health evaluation
  • have no contact with Ryback
  • have no contact with employees or victims, including Encore staff
  • prohibited from going in or near any hotel-casino properties on the Strip or in downtown Las Vegas
  • cannot go into any gaming establishment unless employed there
  • no marijuana use

The fatman pretty much encouraged his followers to write to the probation officers about this. This is clearly what made him go DFE not this thread

I’m not sure if those casinos are in Vegas that he attended tho. Looks like he lives in Cali. So maybe he didn’t break probation
