Technically it's a separate lawsuit but, functionally, it's the same fucking thing he had dismissed in Federal Court refiled in New Jersey Superior Court. Maybe have this thread be for both?

Also, I think we all knew this was coming. He telegraphed it in his Discord from the screencaps I saw months ago.

Much like how Ouzounian v. Kokkinos spun off from the main LOLsuit thread, I think this suit should also be spun off from this one.

I think he's trying to depict CG as some sort of cartel with FROG as the boss. Certainly, he hold a lot of sway over his CG acolytes, but it's not a corporation. It's all an informal association.

There is nothing to prevent her from working, I can not for the life of me understand why she doesn’t. She worked for me, I am a groomer she was my receptionist and bathed dogs when needed. She continued to work at my shop after I sold it for a few months. 2 shops same location.

When this happens, remember that you are judgement proof. You have no assets and never will have. No salary to be garnished and never will have and you have no possessions of any meaningful value.
Nothing Poulter does can affect you in any meaningful way.
So, If/When he does, could I ask that you would then just keep filing random motions to the court as pro se. Just cut-n-paste random shit from the internet if you have to. Make wild claims and add references to random other cases. It doesn't have to make sense. Just file and file and file.
Try to file at least one new motion every week, preferably more.

This will serve two purposes:
1, it will waste Poulters money since his lawyer will have to respond to them.

Might as well just let you know, now. Vikki delayed responding to the lawsuit until the statute of limitations was up on Preston's complaint.

I disagree. I don't think that this will be entertaining enough to sustain two separate threads, because EVS isn't a retard. Just keep them both here. It's only a separate case on the most technical level anyway. They're still all being sued over the same stuff by the same guy.
