Diabetes that is managed can cause little or no issues, but Kim's has been so bad she has been hospitalized. Shes 27 weeks so she should be having it in 3 weeks according to her.

If her baby actually has "basically no organs" (excluding the kidneys, obviously) then someone would've said something before 27 weeks. She's in the ER for her pregnancy at least once a week, surely they would've done an ultrasound where the lack of organs would show up.
It's completely impossible that Kim, a known chronic liar with munchie and MBP tendencies, would be lying about her child's health for attention and financial gain, right? Seriously though, how many times has she already alluded to her remaining fetus being dead/dying? I'll believe it if/when she posts another fetus in a bag as her header image.
