Watching this rant is probably one of the few times I've actually gotten mad at a lolcow. Absurd amounts of man-hours and raw resources go into keeping people like her pampered and well-fed and her response is "REEEEE FUCK YOU WHITEY." It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't know women like her are the reason Justin Trudeau has kept his power. Part of me almost wants them to get their wish, because it isn't going to be "I throw some of my excess cash at minorities for asspats but otherwise live the same way teehee." It's going to more akin to Megacity One but with roving minority rape gangs and reparations squads. Don't call it a grave beezers, it's the future you chose.

Well, I found this little tidbit on the internet. This is a snippet from a document from the Canadian Centre of Substance Abuse and Addiction about the safe usage of edibles. I had to laugh since we now have a psych hospital she mentioned in her live today - and I'm even wondering if it's the same hospital or facility she got fired from in 2017.

I've mentioned in a previous post with another snippet where it's indicated that the risk of psychosis increases with 200 mg doses with 500mg doses definitely putting the risk of psychosis being put at play. I am not surprised we've seen Chantal in real-time, decline more and more every day due to a lack of coping skills, stress management, and lack of basic living skills on top of the fuckery from Nader, her obsession with him, the other drugs, adding DeeDee into play - that she didn't fuck her brain up more by literally going from 10 mg gummy bear doses to 1,000 mg pucks in less than a year.

the TL;DR: Chantals brain is about as healthy as the stuff inside the blue dutch oven. Opening that lid was like seeing what is inside Chantal's mind.

The real problem is that Chantal cannot wrap her head around the fact that breaking TOS and violating someone's copyright is NOT THE SAME THING. She constantly conflates the two, so she makes these idiotic statements about bullying and fair use. As a reminder to anyone who needs to hear it: TOS and Copyright Striking are 2 FULLY SEPARATE processes when it comes to YouTube as a platform.

If Chantal wants to claim that FFG or Yaba has targeted her specifically for bullying and harassment, she would need to claim a Terms of Service violation. In other words, she would use the report button on the particular video or the whole channel. Then that report is supposedly reviewed by a YouTube employee and the appropriate action is determined. That could be suspension of live capabilities, it might be a week ban, it might be a full termination. More than likely, it will be jack shit nothing that happens. If Chantal believes that FFG or Yaba's content is not transformative, then she would file a copyright strike. Then the video is removed, and FFG or Yaba would have the opportunity to respond by providing their information to both YouTube and Chantal so Chantal could file a civil suit for breaching copyright laws. But, the Gorls never follow through with this second step. Mostly because of their supreme laziness, but also because commentary and reaction channels have already been deemed fair use, as much as these cows wanna moo about how unfair it is. If they don't pursue the lawsuit, the copyright strike is dropped and the videos can be republished.

The reason that you hear about copyright striking getting videos or channels removed WAY MORE than successful reports of TOS violations imposing any such consequences is because YouTube's approach in copyright cases is to immediately remove the video in question to cover themselves, and then wait for the response of the accused creator. If Chantal were to copyright strike 3 videos in a row of either FFG or Yaba's (or any creator, just using them as an example) the entire channel would be removed. Hence why the fats that hate reaction channels use this approach instead of what they are actually pissed about, the supposed 'bullying and harassment.' Of course, the more seasoned reaction channels have wised up to this and will simply privatize all their videos about whoever struck them and file the counterclaim right away to protect the rest of their videos and their channel. Actually getting a channel removed for bullying and harassment is very difficult because YouTube is purposely extremely vague about what will or will not constitute bullying and what the penalties will be if you violate that TOS. They want to be able to make whatever determination they feel best benefits YouTube, and their vague language allows for that.

Uber eats door dash whatever food delivery service is used in Canada never knocks on her door, they usually just leave it at her door while she's checking the app to see where it is, we'd hear knocking constantly during her lives if they did. But somehow two separate deliveries both knocked rather loudly on the same day🤔.
She was raging and if it was pizza being sent she would have ranted about that too. I don't think it was nader because she sent peetz to answer the door and as much as peetz is a spineless little simp I think even he'd refuse to open the door to him, he would just hide in his room.

Anyone else remember when she said she'd been abusive to nader too... she should keep her mouth shut about the Amber v Johnny Depp situation type deal before people remind her of what she's said in the past.

She's already on thin ice with youtube she might want to make sure she's rightfully striking people. They don't like people false striking channels.

Very few of the Chantal reaction videos I've seen are just straight re-uploads of her. 9 times out of 10 it is someone (or a group of people) commenting on whatever she's done. As you said...doing fair use and making shit transformative.

That's why YT hasn't taken them down even when chantal strikes them. She, of course, views it as YT letting people bully her while she gets banned...I fear the fat in her body has completely invaded her brain.

Which is why I was rooting hard for the “Cabin arc” to happen.
Not only would they be stuck together, but they’d be in a very small confined place, and even if the Cunt wanted to sneak food while (if) Nader slept, it seems that specific cabin was far enough removed from civilization that there were no Burger Kings within a 200-mile radius.

If she wanted to sneak food she’d have to get a shotgun with a silencer and go snag herself a moose.

The lack of awareness is hilarious. By her showing her reporting an individual for "targeted harrassment and bullying" to her rabid fan base, she is targeting them for harassment and bullying!
