Everyone I have ever met in my former line of work that had the major disorder Alyssa claims to have was on intensive treatment plans to keep their hormones, blood sugar, and joints stable. The disorder can make them unusually sensitive, that's true - so part of managing it is staying balanced, taking reasonable preventive care of yourself, and not doing any stupid shit.

Putting massive doses of exogenous cross sex hormones into someone like that is a recipe for essentially slowly putting them in a wheelchair and halving their life expectancy. If she really does have the disorder, she's literally trying to kill herself in a slow, shitty way. If she doesn't have the disorder and is just disordered from side effects and expected consequences of cross sex hormones on any human, then she's literally trying to kill herself in a slow, shitty way.

Don't even get me started on the PreP so she can be a bigger whore and what that's doing to her already retarded immune system if she does have the disorder. ETA, just remembered that Adderall xr would likely not play well with this disorder. I could not see that being part of standard care even if she did have ADHD because of blood pressure issues relating to POTS with the extended release. Not to say it doesn't happen but it's not a standard of care, only a small dose of instant release would likely be given if she also had ADHD. Maybe a point in favor of her not having the disorder.
