Women do usually have good Gaydar. They came up to him because they found him conventionally attractive but were put off by how repulsed he is by them. And then he starts explaining he doesn't like women because they don't possess conventional masculine traits mixed with his less than masculine image pretty much sealed it for them. It was also hilarious how proud the girls were that they were talking him down in the rest of the video and nick just kept feeding their ego.
