There are a disturbing number of people who place too high of an importance on sex. Mostly it's men, but there are some women who think the same way. I feel the same way as a male, though I've always been fortunate (?) enough to have steady girlfriends since my late teens. If I was in a situation where I wasn't having sex at all and I was unable to attract women, maybe my thinking would be completely different? Maybe not being able to have sex for so long really can drive a person to madness.
