Basically this enby (female and on T with a big beard — is going to look male at first glance) decided to start a specifically LGBT affirming church affiliated with the Disciples of Christ, a very liberal denomination.
But then this person decided to announce to their congregation that they wanted to get pregnant. Not that they were pregnant, but that they were going to try to be. (Remember that getting pregnant through artificial insemination can take quite a while). And the congregation said get out of here, you freak. And then there was a twitter meltdown and e-begging.

Rest assured you doc knew you are a man. It's just that if his clinical judgement contradicts existing documents, such as your driver licence or your hospital record, your doc will be in a very compromising situation. All sensible doctor will want to avoid it, and your oral testimony will serve as the piece of document that can save your doc some headache.
I hope most trannies maintain enough survival instinct not to lie to doctors. What's more I wish they also know that doctors ask for raw data, not your own interpretations. Interpretation is your doctor's job, not yours. Terms such as "lesbian" or "ace" are worse than meaningless. Tell her when was your last period and when did you last had vaginal intercourse with a man.

Yep. And how do I tell a tranny from a crossdresser/gnc/nb person before they tell me? Bc asking for pronouns and expecting them to pass are problematic. The name maybe but what if it's unisex or some "reversed" international name (ex. "Sasha" is usually a male name in Eastern Europe I think)? I were forced to interact with trannies at work or something, I'd just use their name. It's not misgendering so they couldn't do shit about it right?
