I'm actually surprised, considering this is a website full of asocial wierdos, that we're mostly friendly around these parts. Even opposing viewpoints, like those of @Kaiser14/Danny Boy didn't warrant insults since he was generally polite.

Bettikink even if you know they were terrible people yet don’t think they should’ve been murdered it doesn’t change the fact that Rittenhouse killed them in self-defence.

The fact you are confusing self-defence with murder is why people think you are defending the actions of people like Rosenbaum and Huber because why else would someone make that kind of argument regardless of the disingenuousness or the context.

But, please, continue to dig your grave deeper. I'm sure the State of Indiana will appreciate it that you are making it easier for them.

This is more of a personal request but can we take AnimeGate out of the thread title? I don’t think it was ever openly referred to as such collectively and was more commonly called Weeb Wars.

Very early in 2019, some Twitter users were using it as a hashtag, but it never really caught on.
In fact, Weeb Wars (as suggested by Cody Baier, to avoid this being another "-Gate" movement) has never really caught on, either.
I've always heard all of this referred as "the Vic stuff," "The Vic Mignogna situation," or "Vic situation" over the years (which is stupid, btw).
It's lazy as Hell.
