If these people were smart and they drew something cool on notebook paper but "shit I don't want to upload it because the lines will make it look like total garbage but I have no digital art skills to recreate this digitally!"
1. Get GIMP or Photoshop
2. Scan image (IMPORTANT OR ELSE IT WILL LOOK LIKE DOO DOO)
2. Make the lines really dark with pencil or pen
3. Brighten image until blue and pink lines are no longer visible
4. Darken image afterwards if needed
5. Crop out the holes on the side

Or alternatively get a sketchbook at the dollar store
