This happened to me when I had bowel surgery (was still in the post-op ward), I don't know how common it is, but the fix was sticking a tube up my ass until all the gas left. Probably the most painful experience of my life. I'd feel bad, but they chose it, I didn't. Feels like sweet revenge in a weird way.

Nurses are also the worst patient advocates. They're the ones that deal with your shit. They hate you because you keep complaining and trying to show them what remains of your cock.
